About Survey Rewards Guide

Survey Rewards Guide is a free informational website that explains how customer receipt surveys work in the United States. Many restaurants and stores print a survey invitation on their receipts and offer a reward for completing it - a free menu item, a discount, or entry into a cash sweepstakes. Our guides walk you through each survey step by step so you know exactly what to expect before you start.

What we cover

  • How to find the survey code on your receipt
  • Step-by-step instructions for each survey website
  • What reward you can get and the rules that apply
  • Eligibility, time limits, and common errors like an invalid code

Independent and unofficial

Survey Rewards Guide is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, or any other brand mentioned on this site. All trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners. We only link to the official survey pages so you always complete your survey in the right place.

Staying accurate

Survey offers, rewards, and rules change from time to time and can vary by location. The offer printed on your own receipt is always the final word. We review and update our guides regularly, but if you spot something outdated, please let us know through our Contact page.
